Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using RooFit ("Service"), operated by Eco Power Club Ltd (Registration No: 15477876), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RooFit is a web-based structural assessment tool for solar PV installations. The Service provides:

• Structural calculations for roof-mounted solar PV systems
• Load analysis based on BS EN 1991 Eurocodes
• AI-assisted image analysis of roof structures
• Generation of MCS-compliant assessment reports
• Project management and documentation tools

3. User Accounts

Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate and current.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

RooFit offers the following pricing plans. All prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

Pay As You Go

At £10 per calculation, this plan requires no monthly commitment. You are charged per structural calculation run in Surveyor mode. Access includes basic PDF reports and structural calculators.

Starter Plan — £14/month

The Starter plan is billed monthly at £14/month and includes Surveyor mode access, up to 3 projects per month, basic PDF reports, and AI image analysis. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue this plan at any time with reasonable notice.

Professional Plan — £29/month

The Professional plan is billed monthly at £29/month and includes unlimited projects, Designer mode, comprehensive calculation reports, AI engineer review, and custom branding on reports. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.

Enterprise Plan — £39/month

The Enterprise plan is billed monthly at £39/month and includes everything in the Professional plan, plus team collaboration features, shared projects and reports, and team member management. This plan is designed for larger organisations and teams.

Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a 30-day free trial on paid plans. We reserve the right to modify trial terms at any time.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused service. Pay As You Go charges are non-refundable once a calculation has been processed.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Use the Service to infringe on intellectual property rights
• Share your account credentials with others
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code

6. Professional Responsibility and Limitations

You acknowledge and agree that:

• RooFit provides indicative calculations only and is not a substitute for professional engineering advice
• You are responsible for verifying all inputs, assumptions, and outputs
• Complex, unusual, or borderline cases should be referred to a qualified structural engineer
• You must comply with MCS 3002:2025 and all applicable building regulations
• Generated reports are for guidance and documentation purposes only
• You assume full professional and legal responsibility for all installation decisions

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, algorithms, design, text, graphics, and content, is owned by Eco Power Club Ltd and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of all data and content you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process and store your data to provide the Service.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect, use, and protect your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Calculations provided by the Service are based on the inputs provided and standard engineering assumptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ECO POWER CLUB LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eco Power Club Ltd and its directors, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such notification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
